One of Richmond’s most well-known landmarks is the Richmond Water Tower. The water tower is one of the most historic features between Rosenberg and Richmond. It was originally built in 1914 and is still standing today after refurbishment over the years. Brazos Bend State Park is another local attraction that many come to visit. The park has a variety of trails to hike or ride your horse, fishing ponds, camping sites, and much more! The Sugar Land Heritage Foundation is also local to our Richmond clinic. The foundation homes one of Texas’ original sugar mills. It was originally started by Samuel, Nathaniel, and Matthew Mays where they began to grow cotton, corn, and sugarcane.
